I would recommend contacting Support to request a patch. If there's not already a patch available for that, then there should be.

I would manually hand-select and export the jobs of interest to a dsx file and do a find/replace on the folder/category names then import into a new project. Not much risk there. I would not think to ...

My coworker was able to resolve this on 11.3 with an all-encompassing dynamic setting change in WAS (no WAS restart required)!
11.3 has SSL_TSL which supports all SSL and TLS 1.0, but not TLS1.2.
