Your are completely right.
The fields were created as varchar instead of nvarchar (supports unicode). It required a greater number of bytes to store special characters.

It didnt work here, so I let the solution like initially: I split the positional file cutting columns inside transformer.
Unfortunately, just a workaround for now.

The below should work for you. Note the semi-colons.
