I'm the current DS admin in our team, but my primary role is developer.

Are you running on a physical host or a Virtual machine?
- Physical host

How many PIDs are running on the host?
- maybe more than 100

Is it a stand alone setup or a Cluster/Grid?
- no idea. how to check this?

The application it self sometimes is not responding or receiving very slow responding during logon. And parallel job is running too slow(eg. the job was running 30 mins before, but it is running 4 hours now) We experienced this issue yesterday. Our DataStage application and jobs are running too slow
1. I tried clearing up some files in scratch disk
2. Cleared the &PH& using CLEAR.FILE &PH& in DataStage Administrator
3. Checked the cpu usage. Usage around 30 to 50%

Sorry . Forgot to include it. It is Microsoft Azure . It is possible to get the file using DataStage? Right now we are using API to get the file from blob storage then store the file in our DataStage server

I need to get JSON file from blob storage then load the data from json file to our Database. I'm using Hierarchical Stage to load the json file in our table but I dont know how to get the json file from blob storage.

The error after testing the connection is "Connections to MySQL Community Servers are not supported. Please contact MySQL to obtain a MySQL Enterprise or Commercial Verson" It seems there is no way to connect our source db(MariaDB) in DataStage. Thank you all guys. Appreciated your help

I'm not really sure. Our client just send me database details that I need to access. Is there a way how to fix this? or our client needs to change their mysql version from community to enterprise?

Upon checking, the mysql version is 5.5.56-MariaDB

We fixed the issue by fixing the firewell between the mysql server and datastage server but I got different issue after testing the connection
