I need to check if Windows Server 2016 is a supported version for DataStage 11.5 also if MSSQL 2016 is supported with DataStage 11.5

I have Datastage 11.5 on windows 2012
I receive the following error "Error loading connector library cctera12.dll"
while connecting from Import -->table definitions-->start connector import wizard -->teradata connector
How I can solve my problem??
