Our issue got resolved after Unix Ops team fixed the local user profile, which was not done properly when we start our installation.

We did restarted our Unix server by keeping in mind that any hung process in Unix could be the reason for the slowness. Additional details about the issue
Issue is with Post process sub routine and when we use DSLogInfo & DSGetParamInfo functions.
While displaying the job parameters by using above functions it is taking time here in our datastage job sequence.

We are facing typical issue while running datastage job sequences, which are taking much time to complete. But the parallel jobs with in the sequence are getting finished faster.
