Look at the flow of your jobs makeing sure they run in the correct order and no other job is writing to the wrong dataset over writting your results.

The Problem appears to be your design.
This is not a datastage issue this is a developer issue.

This is a Known bug which is fixed in fix pack 1

I am waiting for them to rebuild my patches so they can be reinstalled over fix pack 1 which doesn't contain the fixes that the patches are for.
