I have applied the patch JR55200 and the issue is resolved.
Note that this is a Client tier only patch. The readme.txt file incorrectly states that this patch needs to be installed onto ALL tiers.

In earlier versions than 11.x you could use Metadata Workbench to get a model of the metadata repository, but this seems to have disappeared from Information Governance Catalog in version 11.x. If someone has used pre 11.X version of Metadata Workbench to generated a model of the metadata rep...

Annotations: Cannot change Border to invisible.
This is more of an annoyance in 11.5 ... it is not possible to make the border of annotations invisible. i.e. If in Annotation stage properties, the Border Visible checkbox is unselected and subsequently the job is saved and closed. When the job is reopened, the "unselection" is not preser...

11.5.0.1: Oracle Join Predicates are considered table-names.
Issue : In DataStage 11.501 sometimes, if a space is not given around Join condition symbol (<, =, > etc), then at run-time Oracle Connector stage parser considers "Join Predicates" as a table-name and fails a valid SQL statement. Example: Following SQL fails at run-time in a DataStage jo...

11.501:Oracle Partitioned Read(Backward compatibility issue)
During testing of 11.5.0.1, we found that jobs with Oracle Connector partitioned reads fail with the error given below. These jobs worked fine in DataStage 9.12. Error message: ORA-00904: "FACT_SLS"."ROWID": invalid identifier Workaround for this issue Change Oracle Connector's p...
