Thanks for the response Ray.
I am able to load data into all tables with no issues.
But, Both(schema File and DB2 Table) have same fields and I am receiving same Warning for all the fields.
It would be of great help if we have a way other than message handler.

@chulett : Have tried it through full outer join in Join stage and it worked.
previously i thought it won't work and posted for suggestions to do it in some other way....

How to Perform Cross Join in datastage

Yes The Job Ran fine. but the data of RPT_RUN_ID is kind of wearied, as it is populating nulls in few rows. event though it is supposed to display a value.

I am getting some of the values in RP_RUN_ID column populated as nulls.

Could any one suggest me about how to Populate NULLS in place of SPACES.
