Thanks, Jonathan. The concern was that the IA interface may be too convoluted for the Data Steward who may be a business end-user. And yes, the IA output may in fact be used downstream in ETL. So we're hoping to output directly to a table. Is there a way to do that, rather than having to do a second...

Can IA's output be a user-defined table?
Here is my understanding: after IA completes an analysis, the results are stored in the analysis database, IADB by default. But can I send the results to a table of my own choosing, say something like INVALID_TRANSACTION_CUSTOMERIDS? My reason for this is so I can deliver such an output table to a d...

How to copy objects/jobs between projects?
How do I copy jobs from one project to another? Is there an export/import feature, like in DS?

Pointing IA to different environments
How do you use IA for different environments, e.g., production, development, test? I understand IA, and all of IS for that matter, is projects-based. So is that it? Have a DEV project that connects to development, PROD to production, etc?

Accessing, using IADB
I am new at a project that wants to access and use the results of any IA analysis. For instance, after a referential integrity analysis, we may want to link invalid FKs to another table. Has anyone out there done something like this and can give me guidance?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

I am facing the same situation here. I have a date type field. What is the syntax for QUARTER.TAG? Is it expecting a date type or internal? I am currently running a server job and the first lines in the job log in Director is a warning that QUARTER.TAG was passed a non-numeric value. Will the job st...

Can run RI, but can't view results
We just had IA 8.1.2 installed.
I can run RI, but not view its results. After running RI, shouldn't the View Referential Integrity option be visible? It is still greyed out, even after running RI.
Thanks in advance.
UPDATE: Installation issues were resolved which in turn resolved this issue.

Did those, Ray, but I think I have found a round-about way to RI/FKA (not as the documentation says, i.e., click Investigate, Key and Relationship Analysis). Instead, I clicked on Investigate, Key and Cross-Domain, then selected the base column, paired column, and found the RI space. Again, the menu...

New install, Key and Relationship Analysis not available
We have a brand new install of IS and having issues. I want to conduct a referential integrity/FK analysis in IA. After doing Column Analysis and XDomain, the option Key and Relationship Analysis is not visible when I click on Investigate.
Using IA 8.1.1.
Thanks in advance.
