can you be still more explain your requirement. how you are filtering the rows between two tables. if state name is present it should go to T1 and if it is null or empty it should go to T2. is that correct?

I want to import the jobs using dscmdimport.exe and compile the jobs using dscc.exe through a script. I am getting different numbers for each project. one thing i observed is, if i am making any changes like protecting or unprotecting it the number gets changed to different one.

Thanks Arndw, but it didnt work for me .I tried the routine. It is giving the value 0 for all projects, even if that project doesnt exist.

Ok thanks. I have to manually check whether all the projects are protected in the server. So i thought of writing a UNIX script by fetching this flag value so that it when i trigger the script it will let me know which projects are all protected. Protected Project

when we protect or unprotect a project which variable or file will be updated in the server. Can anyone help me to know the name of the file and the path, so that instead of login to the administrator i can see the value in the file and know the protect or unprotected status of the project.

you can try using column export stage. The Column Export stage exports data from a number of columns of different data types into a single column of data type string or binary.

In DS Designer under the "File", there is an option called "Generate Reports", Using this you can get in HTML page. Inthat if any derivation is used in the transformer it will show as it is in the job. Simply passed column will go as such. Copy those derivations and paste in word...
