Try to read the file as varchar then change accordingly as the metadata.u can avoid that warings

only because of huge amount of data

Then..

I want to split the file in to 2 before my job starts; example if I get 100 records 50 in to one another 50 in to other.Also how can count the records in a file.

So whats correct?

fileset is partioned and stores the data in ascci format unlike the sequential file stage.
file stage stores the data in human redable format unlike the filedet
