Sample Stage Output Not As Expected
All, I have a job in which I am sampleing records using a Sample stage. I am using Percent mode to sample the data. Below are the properties I have set: Percent = 5.0 Sample Mode = Percent Input to Sample Stage: 261444 Rows Output Of Sample Stage: 12895 Rows Expected Output : (261444*5/100) = 13072....

The command dsexport.exe(DS7.5) export the data stage job in xml format but it will not include the dependent components like build ops or table definations. I set the Epoch value to 2000-01-01 with Initial Value: 2009-08-04 and Limit: 2009-08-05. This i receive the following dates 2005-07-02 2005-07-02 2005-07-02 2005-07-02 2005-07-02 2005-07-02 2005-07-02 Any other option missing? I even tried giving Epoch to 2009-08-04 it does not work.
